Member Expectations

• Active participation (75% or 9 meetings) in monthly YAC meetings
• Active participation in monthly School Team meetings
• Active participation in Annual Service Event (Fill Those Trucks)
• Active participation in the annual YAC fundraiser
• Completion of all other YAC responsibilities for which you volunteer

Truman Heartland Community Foundation often photographs or videos activities participated in by Youth Advisory Council members. By checking the box below, you agree (if under 18 a parent or guardian must have read and agree) to the following:

I grant Truman Heartland Community Foundation, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with my participation in their Youth Advisory Council. I authorize Truman Heartland Community Foundation, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that Truman Heartland Community Foundation may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

I have reviewed my personal commitments for the next school year and am aware of the member expectations for service on YAC. I understand the importance of attending and participating in a minimum of 75% of YAC meetings. At this time, I am prepared to serve on the Community Foundation's Youth Advisory Council.
