Login to the Donor Portal 

All online grant requests must now be submitted through the donor portal. 

Three ways to recommend grants:

  1. Submit and track grant requests online through our donor portal.
  2. Complete and mail or email a Grant Recommendation Form or the details if contains to Diana Castillo, Director of Grantmaking and Donor Services, at castillo@thcf.org.
  3. Call Diana Castillo at 816-912-4184. She will work with you to get a written request submitted however is easiest for you.


Growing Your Donor Advised Fund

As your philanthropic interests grow, increasing your fund will allow you to enhance your giving plan and build a lasting legacy.

By Check

Mail your check payable to Truman Heartland Community Foundation, including your fund's name in the memo line, to:

By Credit or Debit Card

Log in to the donor portal and click on the "Donate" tab to contribute to your fund by credit card any time. You can also search for your fund from the main donation page and complete the donation form.

Please note that all credit and debit card transactions incur a merchant processing fee of 2 to 4 percent. These fees will be deducted from the fund you are supporting. Truman Heartland receives no portion of these fees.

Appreciated Assets

If you would like to donate appreciated assets (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.), please contact Bridget Stoppelman, Chief Financial Officer, at stoppelman@thcf.org or 816-795-5307.

Matching Gifts

Since the Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization your contribution may be eligible for a matching gift from your company. Please see your company representative for details.
