Your Community Impacted by THCF
We're always looking for ways to be a catalyst for change in Eastern Jackson County (EJC) and surrounding communities. And we'd like your help.
- Henri Goettel, Truman Heartland Youth Advisory Council
In addition to our donor services, we have created various programs and initiatives that expand our mission—from providing gift planning assistance to nonprofit organizations to cultivating young philanthropists through our Youth Advisory Council.
Our current initiative work includes:
Partnering with Non-Profits - We help area nonprofit organizations grow their endowed funds through planned giving support.
Community For All Ages Coalition - We work to ensure our Eastern Jackson County community is collaboratively and proactively working together to ensure we are prepared for these challenges and opportunities of our growing 65+ population.
Youth Advisory Council (YAC) - YAC was formed to involve young leaders in changing their communities through philanthropy. With more than 190 students involved annually, YAC carries a strong voice in the community grant making funding decisions for the foundation, providing community service and learning how to fund raise.
We invite you to explore the many ways THCF is changing the face of our community and to consider a gift to our Annual Foundation Fan Club which supports our programs and initiatives.
